Roodberg today

Nowadays Roodberg is manufacturer and supplier of  the most diverse CLIENT – BASED – SOLUTIONS. Historically Roodberg has been developing these solutions based on the actual situation of our clients, instead of launching a new product and finding clients for this afterwards. Probably this has its roots straight after the Second World War. Grandfather Knijpstra – the founder – was very eager and skilled to make use of the scarcely available materials. Propulsions and machine parts were assembled to allow local and regional firms to do their work mechanised instead of manually: An important stimulation to the rebuilding of this part of the Netherlands in difficult times after the war.

Besides this, Roodberg is not a company which just assembles components purchased elsewhere: On the contrary: Roodberg is a genuine Dutch product of which for example winches, hydraulic cilinders, complete powerpacks etcetera are manufactured under own management.
