Brothers Vermeire, owners of the yard, specialise in a complete service to boat-owners, including maintenance, repairs and winter storage. Previously owning an old 40T capacity Lokomo mobile crane, they decided to upgrade their handling facilities to incorporate and comply with the latest environmental rules and to be able to operate the crane by one man only! The Roodberg solution was designed around their specific needs and resulted in an easy to operate crane to launch and recover every type of boat, single handed and in complete safety.
