	The Estonian pilot organisation has recently acquired a typical Roodberg Solution for their new headquarters. The whole fleet of pilot boats can be serviced without being depended on local shipyards for small maintenance and cleaning of the hulls. By just being able to clean the hull of each pilot boat every 2 weeks, the investment has a very swift return of investment as the boats are much more fuel efficient without underwater growth on the hull. 	Roodberg owner helps to keep them rolling….. During the latest memorial days in Normandy, Mrs Knijpstra joined the Keep them Rolling (KTR) club-members, celebrating the 65th year of the landing in Normandy by the allied forces. KTR club-members from many countries including Australia and various skilled people, such as farmers, doctors, lawyers, craftsman and so on, including the mayor of Courseulles sur Mer joined this celebration and contributed to its great success. The picture shows some KTR club members, the mayor of Courseulles sur Mer and Mrs. Knijpstra in and around the one of 2 original GMC DUKW-353 amphibian trucks (Popular name “Duck” G501). The 2 Dutch “Duck”-owners and -captains” on this journey Mr. Jorrit Volkers and Mr. Gerben Faber sailed these amphibian trucks all the way from Portsmouth-England across the English Channel to Normandy-beach. They were safely guided by an old mine-sweeper from the same period. This was the 1st time 2 “ducks” sailed across the English Channel!

	50T Power Hoist for Hanse Yachts The well known manufacturer of sailing yachts, HANSE-yachts from Greifswald-Germany got delivery of a custom build Roodberg Power Hoist Atlantic 50. To be able to lift the yachts from their supporting cradles during production, the Power Hoist inside height was dramatically increased. This way the Yachts can be lifted high enough, which saves huge handling costs when using mobile cranes. Reason for Hanse to obtain the hoist from Roodberg was the quality, use of German components and all the in-house capabilities: from the actual design, production (including Roodberg manufactured winches, cylinders and so on), transport, assembly, training and after-sales service, there is just one company which does it all. This proves again that with Roodberg, you choose a warm hart for boat-handling products since 1978!
